Veena Sud - Executive Producer
Veena Sud is the executive producer and a writer for the AMC original series The Killing. She received a 2011 Emmy nomination for Outstanding Writing for a Drama Series for her work on the "Pilot" episode.
Sud was a writer and executive producer on the hit CBS police procedural Cold Case. Before that, she was a staff writer on ABC’s Push, Nevada. She worked as a print and broadcast journalist in New York City before moving into television writing and is an alumnus of New York University’s Graduate Film and Television program. Her short films have been screened internationally, including at the Berlin Film Festival.
