Maggie becomes Will's assistant after he is appointed team leader. The feelings she develops for him are complicated by the deal she struck with Kale to secure her job at API: that she report back to Kale about everyone in the office. When Kale realizes that Maggie is falling for Will, he deliberately tips Will off about Maggie spying on him.
