INGREDIENTS
2 oz pisco
1 oz lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
1 small egg white
1-2 dashes Angostura bitters

INSTRUCTIONS
Shake all ingredients but bitters over ice until egg is frothy. Strain into a chilled Champagne glass and dash bitters over top.
