James Russo as “Captain” Billy Fender

A character actor, and New York native, James Russo's big break came when he appeared as a convenience store robber in Fast Times at Ridgemont High. Since then, he's landed roles in movies including Public Enemies, Donnie Brasco and Beverly Hills Cop. Russo has also appeared on TV shows including Hawaii Five-0 and CSI: Miami.
